Staying in the Lightner Suite on the second floor was a bright experience at night, though slightly noisy with street sounds. The room was impeccably clean and felt more like a cozy home than a typical hotel space. The service was top-notch with free wine, cheese, and a delightful complimentary breakfast served by the accommodating owners, Juan and Christopher, and their attentive staff. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right across from the Lightner Museum, allowing for easy exploration of the area on foot. The dining experience was a real treat with a delicious selection, although the menu choices were preset. Overall, my stay was lovely, thanks to the warm service and excellent location.

On my second visit, this hotel made me feel like I was in a Secret Garden with its own little balcony. While the room had a fan, it did get warm at night if not on high. The service was excellent, with the staff even sharing their special house-made rum raisin dressing recipe. The location in St Augustine, Fl., was wonderful and convenient to all attractions. The dining experience was top-notch with gourmet meals. Overall, a great stay with some minor room temperature issues.
